How Does it Work?

Simply choose a report option, click on the link, take the test online in just 12-15 mins and the ECR delivers your scores on the 10 emotional intelligence skills that research has linked to professional performance. Based on these scores, the ECR provides you with 19-pages of powerful coaching strategies and a tailored action plan for building your leadership skills.

Multi-Language Support

Candidates can take the ECR assessment online in a range of languages (including English, Swedish, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, French, Spanish and German). An upgrade in April 2013 will enable downloads of ECR reports in any available language (currently just English). Additional languages are being translated and validated at present, including Portuguese (both European and Brazilian). Online Code Administration Tool

Certified ECR practitioners also get access to our Online Code Administration Tool (OCAT) which makes it easy to manage the purchase and administration of ECR assessments, whether for a handful of key clients, or thousands of employees globally. You can login anywhere, anytime to create new codes with any required number of licenses per code, monitor the usage of all your codes across multiple projects or clients, and see which specific people still need to complete their assessments.

Easy Online Assessment Process

Candidates take the ECR online via any standard web browser by clicking on a code (unique hyperlink) provided to them by RocheMartin or their program coordinator. After a quick registration process, they complete their self-assessment in just 10-15 minutes and can download their report immediately (or alternatively, the code can be set up to deliver the report to their coach for personal feedback).

What's more, a single code can be created via OCAT to serve any chosen number of participants, from a single individual to an entire team or division. And to make life even easier, people invited to provide feedback on a multi-rater ECR360 don't even need to register for an account - they simply click on the unique link and immediately start rating the candidate's skills.
