How Does it Work?
The Selection Report™ is an effective tool for recruitment, talent identification and selecting high-performing employees. The candidate is sent a link and completes the assessment in 12-15 mins. Two reports are delivered to the organization – (1) ECR Selection Report, that provides a semi-structured interview guide & (2) an ECR Full report, that provides a solid platform for ongoing development.
